Mission Possible: the Chamber Music of Lalo Schifrin

While Lalo Schifrin is best known for his “Mission: Impossible” theme, he’s also a highly regarded composer of concert music. In honor of his recent 85th birthday, Friends of Music is pleased to host a concert for the 2018 Villa-Lobos International Chamber Music Festival featuring four of Schifrin’s chamber music works.

Under the artistic leadership of Lars Hoefs, Villa-Lobos Chamber Music Festival concerts include music by the prolific Brazilian composer as well as other composers in and around his orbit.
